Phillip Rudolph is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Jack in the Box Inc. Phillip was at the law firm Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, LLC for almost 15 years prior to making the transition to in house. Additionally, Phillip was a Partner at Foley Hoag, LLP for approximately 2 years in between his in house counsel positions. Phillip has been an in house attorney at McDonalds, Ethical Leadership Group, and Jack in the Box.
Shaka Johnson is the Vice President & Associate General Counsel (Head of Legal) at Sony Electronics. Shaka was a litigation attorney at Higgs, Fletcher & Mack LLP for approximately 3 years prior to making the transition in house. Shaka has been an in house attorney at Gateway Inc., Sanyo North America Corporation, Oculus VR, Facebook, and Sony Electronics.
Jennifer Vercellone is a fellow MSJD member and Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial. Jennifer started her career in house, but was an attorney at the law firm of Nexsen Pruet, LLC for a year in between her in house counsel positions. Jennifer has been an in house attorney at Union Pacific Railroad, T-Mobile, Love’s Travel Stops, Giesecke+Devrient, and Prudential Financial.
